Nearbyly helps you discover places to visit. By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your login details secure — you are responsible for activity on your account.

Place details come from open data sources including OpenStreetMap, Wikipedia and Wikidata, and some summaries are written by AI. This information can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Opening hours, access, safety conditions and admission prices change often. Always confirm with the venue or an official source before you travel, and take care in remote or outdoor areas. Nearbyly is a discovery aid, not a substitute for your own judgement.

You keep ownership of the reviews, notes and photos you add. By posting a public review or photo you allow us to display it in Nearbyly. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that infringes someone else's rights, and do not post photos you did not take or do not have permission to share. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

• Explorer+ is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. Discovery features remain free.
• Bought in the iPhone app: payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings — uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Apple handles all refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
• Bought on the website: payment is handled by Stripe and renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your profile.
• If you cancel, Explorer+ stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Your saved places, lists and notes are never deleted when a membership ends — some features simply become read-only.
• Prices may change; we will tell you before a change affects your renewal.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. This permanently removes your saved places, lists, notes, photos and reviews. If you subscribed through Apple, you must also cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings — we cannot cancel it for you.

• Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell Nearbyly's content.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Do not use Nearbyly to harass others or to misrepresent a place or business.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Nearbyly depends on third-party data sources that can be unavailable, so we cannot promise uninterrupted service.

Nearbyly is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens during a visit to a place you found through the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
